PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE
We are the largest and oldest supplier of supplements on the
Internet. We handle thousand of orders daily, subsequently we have
very good procedure that allows us to track and handle all requests
accordingly. In order for us to properly verify, track and process
a return or refund request. We have implemented a procedure to
protect our clients from credit card abuse and related issues.
The procedure is very simple and easy to use and works well for
all parties. (Never send your full credit card number in any form
or manner whatsoever). We processed your order so we already know
who you are and most of the important information. However, in
order to protect all parties and maintain security with regard
your information, please use the following procedure to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number so that we can
open the return or credit claim. No returns or credit will be processing
without an RMA number assignment.
[a.] Contact us to obtain a (RMA) number. Please have your
order number, e-mail address and proof of purchase available. We
will verbally provide you with an RMA and send the RMA via e-mail
to the same address that was presented at the time the order was
placed.
[b.] Once you received the RMA number, you need to write a simple
explanation as to why you are returning the product and have applied
for a request for a credit or refund.
[c.] Package the empty bottles and/or container and enclose your
letter with explanation as to why you are returning the product and
have applied for a request for a credit or refund.
[d.] Label the package and clear mark your RMA number on the exterior
of the package as this increases the sort time and speeds up your
request.
[e.] Return, Ship the RMA, Letter and Product to:

[f.] Once we have received and verified your RMA, Letter and Product.
The verified RMA will then be processed by our internal credit department
and you will receive a credit verification by e-mail and we will
refund your money minus shipping charges. Empty bottles without letter
of explanation of dissatisfaction will not be refunded.
